The Message Co. offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. 

We hand make each shirt design and all items are shipped directly to you from Maryland. Shirts take on average 4-5 business days to be shipped. During the holiday season, you may see up to an additional 1-2 day delay.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. Kindly allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

Please note: Your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.

Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT. You would need to contact UPS/USPS directly and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.
